You acknowledge and agree that:
- the website provides an online location for clients to purchase pharmaceutical products;
- the price for a product will be as stated in the relevant product listing;
- the price for the product must include all taxes and comply with applicable laws in force from time to time;
- delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, other ancillary costs and charges, will only be payable by the buyer if this is expressly and clearly stated in the product listing;
- products must be of satisfactory quality, fit and safe for any purpose specified in, and conform in all material respects to, the product listing and any other description of the products supplied or made available;
To a permissible extent under applicable law, we collect information about any one whose details are provided to us when the person:
- Completes an online form(s), participate in surveys, enter into any competitions or prize draws, download information such as white papers or other publications or participate in any other interactive areas that appears on our website
- Interacts with us on any of our social media platforms
- Provides or updates details when accessing any of our websites or services available and
- Contacts us offline through telephone, email and or post.
Our online store is opened 24/7 with worldwide shipping available.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Orders within Accra
- Free Delivery over GH¢500.00 (Delivered within 2-10 business days).
- Standard Delivery @ GH¢20.00 (Delivered within 3-5 business days).
- Express 24hr Tracked + Signed @ GH¢100.00 (Delivered within 1-2 business days)
All Standard deliveries are made Monday - Saturday, Courier deliveries are Monday - Friday. (Let us discuss express delivery as a house, I feel it should be any day any time)

Free Delivery to any part of Ghana if you spend over GH¢5000.00
- Normal delivery via buses, postal, etc @ GH¢50.00 within 3-10 business days available on orders @ GH¢1000.00
- Tracked Orders @ GH¢100.00 within 3-5 business days

Shipments sent outside Ghana are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Orders placed after midday (Monday to Friday) will ship the next business day.
Please note we do not dispatch orders on the weekend.

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. Standard Shipments will be sent via __________ and Express Orders will usually be sent via DHL Tracked 24 or EMS. International orders will be sent via EMS or DHL Express .
Orders placed after midday on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note that all first orders that are going to a separate delivery address, may take longer to process. We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address!
Customers will be responsible for extra cost if found away from the delivery address. The courier has the right to attempt a delivery to a nearby neighbour, rather than redelivering the next day.
Potters Hollow Company Ltd reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charged to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the courier’s fee.
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. Potters Hollow Company Ltd will not hold any responsibility for this parcel. The customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel at their cost.

Orders that are dispatched using a Tracked and Signed for Service are done so to provide extra security for the parcel. If the recipient opts to have this parcel left in a safe place or left without a signature this is entirely the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is subsequently lost Potters Hollow, as the sender, can accept no liability for any loss or damage to this parcel.
Delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. Notify us within seven (7) days if you are a Ghanaian customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date. Potters Hollow will not be responsible for its location if you notify us after these 7 days, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
Keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation if you receive your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as ‘damaged’ at delivery. Where possible sign with the word ‘damaged + your name’ in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and / or product. Photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Refunds in respect of returned products shall be managed in accordance with the refunds policy, as may be amended from time to time. Our rules on refunds shall be exercised in our discretion, subject to applicable laws of the territory. We may offer refunds, in our discretion:
- in respect of the product price;
- local and/or international shipping fees and
- by way of store credits, wallet refunds, vouchers, mobile money transfer, bank transfers or such other method as we may determine from time to time.

4. Our staff will call to confirm your order(s) and location. Your items will be delivered base on location and or delivery method
5. Your cash will be collected at the point of delivery . Payment is strictly done via momo or bank transfer. You show evidence of payment to facilitate delivery processes.
